TTC Follow-up

In January I wrote about several issues with the TTC. One of those issues issues what a stop announcement on Morningside Avenue, Southbound at Ling.

What the TTC does not get is there was a Ontario Disabilities ruling that requires stop announcements. It only took the TTC over 2 years to fix this problem.

I should also add when I called back I asked for a call back again a month ago I did not get one. Somethings never change.

The TTC is still a mess from a customer service point of view.
